LOCATION & VENUE

The WFDF World Masters Ultimate Club Championships is taking place across the North and South campus field sites of the University of Limerick and TUS Moylish.

The main UL site has a mixture of high quality grass and 3G pitches will provide athletes with fantastic fields of play. The two sites are located at either end of the University campus approximately 20 minutes walk from each other. It is a tightly packed campus designed for students to be able to walk anywhere in a few minutes. The support site of TUS Moylish will have grass pitches and we will run a shuttle bus service to these pitches throughout the week for players.

TEAM ACCOMMODATION

The University of Limerick is situated on a superb riverside campus of over 130 hectares, with the River Shannon as a unifying focal point. The attractive on-campus accommodation is in the style of residential villages of individual apartments or houses.

The event venue can accommodate up to 2700 guests in high quality apartments with both ensuite and non-ensuite rooms available. These modern complexes offer spacious accommodation with shared living/kitchen areas, enabling teams to have the option to cater for themselves. All residential villages are located on the beautiful parkland of the University campus.

WE STAND IN SOLIDARITY WITH UKRAINE

Our thoughts are with the people of the Ukraine and particularly of the athletes under our member Federation, the UFDF. We stand united in solidarity with them and hope and pray for their safety and security. We also are concerned for our Russian Flying Disc athletes and so many of the general population of Russia who will be negatively impacted by the consequences resulting from the actions of their leadership. WFDF strongly keeps up our hopes that the conflict can be solved through peaceful means and not by war.” – WFDF President Robert “Nob” Rauch

The World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) and the WMUCC LOC will do what it can to support the members of the Flying Disc community in Ukraine. We are fully aware of the hardship and sadness many are experiencing at this time. The world of sport must stand united against such aggression as it threatens human society and the possibility for people around the world to meet in friendship during sporting events with full respect for fundamental human rights, away from any threat or discrimination.
